Shenandoah Serenade is a collection of fine art and enhanced photography by Charles Oliver. The landscapes and scenery are from the Shenandoah mountains and valleys of western Virginia. Mr. Oliver currently resides on a small mountain known as Buck Hill in the Mount Jackson area of Shenandoah County.
The area is rural with many farms, small towns, hills, mountains, valleys, rivers and lakes. Many who visit the area find it to be inspirational with its many vistas and scenes of beautiful natural splendor. The old towns, churches, barns and farmhouses harkens back to another time of simplicity, innocence and serenity. Every season brings its own special beauty and charm.
